Shipping & Delivery:
We aim to ship orders within 2 - 3 working days
Due to the Covid situation and Brexit. All packages have to be shipped using a tracked service, either with Royal Mail tracked or a courier.
Shipping is based on packages weighing 2 kilo's or less and shipping refunds are made once the package is packed.
For packages over 2 kilo's you may be charged an additional amount for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for any duties/tax required on arrival in your country.
UK customers, all order will be shipped using either My Hermes, Royal Mail or My Hermes according to the cost and weight of your order.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without notice. Once an order has been placed the purchase price will not be affected.
Cancelling an order:
If you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP where we will be happy to help. If the item has already been shipped we are unable to cancel the order and you will need to follow our returns procedure below.
Please check your order at delivery as returns will not be accepted after 14 days. If your order is faulty or damaged then please contact us by either email or telephone. (0044) 01626 369535 or email@example.com
