We no longer ship to the EU or NI

The European Union General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) introduces new obligations for businesses selling products in the EU, with significant implications for small  crafts businesses, especially those who occasionally sell to EU customers.

Under the new rules, businesses must ensure their products meet stricter safety requirements across the EU, and must document risk assessments and safety measures for their products. British businesses selling to EU customers must also appoint an EU-based representative who is responsible for compliance with safety standards. The representative ensures traceability, provides compliance documentation, and communicates with EU authorities if safety issues arise.

While the new GPSR aims to improve consumer safety, its requirements (particularly the need for an EU-based representative) pose huge challenges for small craft businesses, including significant costs and administrative burdens. These businesses may need to carefully consider the costs of compliance against the benefits of selling in the EU.

Shipping  is based on packages weighing 2 kilo's or less and shipping refunds are made once the package is packed.

For packages over 2 kilo's you may be charged an additional amount for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for any duties/tax required on arrival in your country.

UK customers, all order will be shipped using either Royal Mail tracked 48 or 24 

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without notice. Once an order has been placed the purchase price will not be affected.

Cancelling an order:

If you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP where we will be happy to help. If the item has already been shipped we are unable to cancel the order and you will need to follow our returns procedure below.

Returns:
