I periodically send out newsletters which may have new products or information which I feel may be of interest to you, also for holiday closures.  I never send direct marketing emails.

 What I collect and why

I do collect the following information to process your order.  Your purchase invoice is included in your package, any unrequired paper work is destroyed.   I will only contact  you if there is a query/problem with your order or for support or disputes either by email or telephone or if you contacted me directly either by email or telephone or by using the contact link on my website 

  • Full Name
  • Contact information including email address and phone number
  • Shipping address including postcode and country and account address if different from the shipping address
  • Payment and details of your order placed.  This is offered using secure 3rd party sites: worldpay, paypal.  I have no control of these 3rd party sites who will have their own privacy policy in place.  

What I do with the information I gather

I require this information to fulfil your order made with me and understand any needs and provide you with a better service,.

  • Internal record keeping.
  • I may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • I may periodically send newsletters about new products, special offers or other information which I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, for example: up and coming workshops which you may have already shown an interest in by contacting and asking to be placed on a list.
  • I use your information with trusted 3rd parties to deliver your order but only to the extent neccessary.  This privacy policy does not apply to the practises of the these 3rd party sites who have their own policy.


I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

My website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. How I use cookies
